Where can I find nutritional data or the ingredient list for a product?
We try to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information in our nutritional database, but, from time to time, nutritional information may change. For the most accurate information regarding a particular product, please refer to the nutrition and ingredient information on the product package.
You can also view nutritional information about our products by visiting the product website. Once there, you can click on the flavor of your choice to find the nutrition facts and ingredient list.
How should I store my frozen products?
All of our frozen products must be kept frozen (at or below 0°F) until you are ready to bake.
Where can I find the baking instructions for my products?
Baking instructions are included on the packaging of each item. You can also find the instructions on the website for each brand. Simply click on the individual flavor you are looking for information on to find baking instructions specific to that product.
How many people will my products serve?
The serving size information is included with the nutritional information for all products.
For the most accurate information regarding serving size, please refer to the product packaging.

How long can frozen products stay out of the freezer?
Our frozen products can be out of the freezer for a short period of time if necessary.
Butter Braid® Pastries, specifically, are yeast-based products. If a pastry has started the rising process (if it has begun to expand), it cannot be refrozen without impacting the performance of the product. There are no food safety issues if the product is refrozen during the rising process; however, it will most likely not perform as expected when you go to prepare the pastry.
Why can't I buy your products in stores?
By offering our products exclusively through fundraising, we’re able to maintain superior quality and each customer is assured a fresh product. Limited availability is also important for driving demand for our fundraising groups.
How do I obtain allergen information about your products?
Specific ingredients vary by product and flavor. All major food allergens contained are listed on the back of each flavor package under the ingredient list.
Allergens are also listed with the nutritional information on the individual product pages listed above.
