Our fundraising program is broken down into five simple steps, each one designed to bring you closer to fundraising success. These five steps will keep you on track and ensure your group reaches their goals!

Step 1 - Sign Up

Choose the dates you'd like to run, then sign up for your fundraising program online or schedule a call! You'll receive a confirmation email so you can verify the dates and details.

Before the sale begins, set up your online store with the link you receive! We’ll print & send order forms & posters before the sale begins so you can use both options to sell.

Step 2 - Kick Off

Because Butter Braid® Pastries are so unique, if this is your first Butter Braid® Fundraiser we’d love to come introduce the pastries to your group. Tasting the pastries helps people to get excited to sell them.

We’ll bring the forms and baked pastries for everybody to taste. And we’ll take a few minutes to explain how the fundraiser works, go over the online store & answer any questions.

Step 3 - Promote & Sell

Be sure to set up your online store & encourage all your sellers to share their unique store link with friends & family via text, email or social media.

If it works for your particular group, offer no-cost incentives that your group will get excited about. Homework passes, anyone? How about a pizza or ice cream party?

Step 4 - Wrap Up

Collect order forms and money, deposit all the funds & cut one check for the amount of the invoice. You’re only paying for the cost of the pastries; keep the rest as your profit!

If your sale is all online, all you have to do is hit “submit order” by the due date.

Hang on to the paper order forms & have them at delivery.

Step 5 - Delivery

Orders will be sorted & labeled for each seller. We’ll unload everything & stack it alphabetically for easy pickup. Please have your order forms in hand & in alphabetical order on delivery day.

Once we leave, everything will stay frozen for about 2-3 hours. After that, they must be put back into a freezer.

ALL orders will be delivered together; both from paper forms & the online store. Sellers who had online sales will have a label on their box with customer & order information.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Butter Braid® Pastries sell for $18 each.

  • Wooden Spoon® Cookie Dough sells for $20 each.

  • Joyful Traditions® Cake Rolls sell for $17 each.

  • Profit for pastries is $6.25 – $7 each.

  • Profit for cake rolls is $7 – $8.50 each.

  • Profit for cookie dough is $8 – $10 each.

  • Profit for granola bites is $4.80 per bag.

You can begin your fundraiser as soon as we can get all your group’s information and send you a confirmation! You can call our office to set up your fundraiser, or click the “Book a Fundraiser” button at the top of the page.

  • For pastries & cookie dough, plan on about a month from start of the sale till delivery.

  • For cake rolls, plan on about 6 weeks.

  • See our Spring or Fall Fundraiser Dates under the Resources tab for fundraiser/delivery date options.

You’ll receive an online link with your confirmation. This link is where you’ll manage the sale from start to finish. All online sales will be automatically entered, but you’ll enter any orders from paper forms. Once you’re finished, just hit submit! (If your sale is all online, you’ll still need to hit the “submit orders” button when your sale is done.)

Once your sale is finished, we’ll send an invoice so you can pay before delivery. Your group will write one check for the amount of your invoice & you keep the rest as your profit! (If you have more online sales than sales on order forms, we’ll bring your profit check to your delivery.)

If you sell at least 150 items & are within 50 miles of Franklin TN, we will waive the $50 delivery fee. If you are further than 50 miles from Franklin TN & sell at least 200 items, we will waive the $100 delivery fee. We do our best to avoid charging fees by combining smaller deliveries with larger ones in the area. So, if you can be flexible as to when we deliver to you, we’ll be happy to waive the fee! Alternately, you can make arrangements to pick up your order free of charge in Franklin, TN.

All orders are labeled and pre-packed for each seller. We typically need about 30 minutes to unload, stack the orders, and check the order in with you. Once they’re checked in & we get a signature, they’re ready for pickup!

Once we deliver, the pastries can stay out of the freezer for about 2-3 hours (depending on room temperature). If they’re not picked up or delivered by then, they should be put back into a freezer.

The same timeline applies for the cake rolls & cookie dough, but they can thaw & be re-frozen without any issues.

We don’t sell directly to customers, but you can contact us to find a fundraiser near you! We’ll put you in contact with them so you can place an order!
